Senior Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote US, Canada

 

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our Integration Development team. The Senior Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to improve the overall user experience and business value of processes and systems supporting the Talent market and/or HR domain. This will include proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, soliciting and analyzing user feedback, and proposing solutions. The suitable candidate shall have significant experience within the Talent and or Human Resources field and competent computer science skills.

You will report directly to the integration development director. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
