POSITION SUMMARY

Velocity Global is looking for an Application Support Specialist II to join our growing Technology team. The team that this role is a part of, is primarily based out of our Denver, Colorado headquarters. However, we are a remote-first company, and applicants from anywhere in the United States are encouraged to apply. The Application Support Specialist II is a part of the Technology team, which supports the company’s IT systems and integrations. This is a hands-on role that will support our world-class SaaS application. You will proactively engage with internal users, external users, and other teams to ensure things are functioning properly and their issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
